が長い場合、密閉されたスクリュー・コンベヤー筐体内
部に於いて、被搬送素材の詰りを生じ、運転が不可能と
なるか、または、著しく搬送効率が低下する場合がある
Q特にコンベヤーが水平に対してかなりの角度を以て設
置されてあり、被搬送物を押し上げる場合に於いて、こ
の様な問題が起り易い。又、スクリュー・コンベヤーの
上半部が開放されている場合は、被搬送材の、スクリュ
ー・コンベヤー外へのこぼれを生じるか、或は被搬送材
の後戻シを生じ、搬送の効率を著しく低下する事がある

本発明は、この様な問題を解決する為、第1図の如く、
コンベヤーの軸方向の全長或いは一部について、第2図
〜第4図の如くスクリュー軸に直角の断面図で見られる
様に、上部に、矩形、円形、梯形その他の形状の空間を
、素材の種類によシ選び設け、被搬送材の詰りを、この
空間の遊びによって逃げる構造とし、詰り現象を解消し
