Claims (1)
- チツプ部品の各信号入出力端子およびプリント
配線基板の各信号線に当接して両者を電気的に接
続する金属パターン部材と、弾性を有する絶縁部
材と、前記金属パターン部材および絶縁部材を介
して前記チツプ部品を前記プリント配線基板に押
圧して固定する押圧部材とを順次積層して一体化
したことを特徴とするチツプ部品接続具。
