Claims (1)

結ばれた電圧検出器VDと、その出力信号を受け
るオートタイマーTAと、該オートタイマーを作
動させる連動開閉器Sと、からなり、前記サイリ
スタ制御回路は、前記オートタイマーと前記電圧
検出器との信号を受け、該切替機構で前記連動開
閉器を作動させ、該切替機構による前記インバー
タの入力電圧VRは前記蓄電池の放電終止電圧V
Sより高く、前記検出器の出力信号発生電圧は前
記入貫電圧より高く、夫々設定されていることを
