It has a back support guide that touches the back of a fish that has fallen down in a horizontal position, and an abdominal pressure device that maintains a predetermined distance from the back support guide and presses the abdomen of the fish. It is characterized by a structure in which the ovary is removed after the fish head is severed.

a, a torso part 1b, and a tail part 1c (see Fig. 5), and there is a gap between the head part 1a and the torso part 1b that allows the insertion of a clipping belt, which will be described later. It is provided. The conveyor 1 is a horizontal belt stretched by a starting sprocket 2 and a trailing sprocket 3. This conveyor 1
Clamping belts 5 and 6 are provided after the terminal end for clamping and transporting the gill cover of the fish body.
The axes of the start-side sprockets 7 and 8 are provided horizontally like the sprockets of the conveyor 1, but the axes of the end-side sprockets 9 and 10 are provided vertically, and the belts 5 and 6 extend in the first half from the starting end to the middle section. The belt is twisted by 90 degrees at the end, and the direction in which the belt faces the belt in the latter half is almost horizontal. As shown in FIG. 2 or 6, the clamping belts 5 and 6 are V-belts in which pins 9 are continuously driven into the center. A rotary cutter 11 for cutting and removing the fish head is disposed at the rear half of the clamping belts 5 and 6 so as to cut directly below the clamping belts.

Tail portion holding belts 12 and 13 are provided for holding and conveying the tail portions of the two. The axes of the starting sprockets 14 and 15 of the clamping belts 12 and 13 are vertical and the clamping direction is horizontal, while the axes of the trailing sprockets 16 and 17 are horizontal. The twist of these belts 12 and 13 is caused by the cutter 11
The clamping is carried out from the vicinity directly below to the middle of the outward journey, and the clamping direction in the latter half of the outward journey is almost vertical. The tail clamping belts 14 and 15 are also the clamping belts 5 and 15 described above.
6, a V-belt with a pin 24 continuously driven into the center is used.

6 pinches the gill cover area. When the conveyor 1 eventually disappears, the fish body is held only by the clamping belts 5 and 6, as shown in FIG. 7, and as the clamping belts twist, the fish body gradually shifts to a hanging position. When the fish reaches a completely hanging posture, the ovary OV is displaced downward from its normal position due to the characteristics of the fish body. The pressing force from the clamping belt further promotes this displacement. In this state, as shown in FIG.

端より前方へ放出される。 This amputation removes the head and at the same time
Since the torso is released from the pressing force of the clamping belts 5 and 6, the ovary OV protrudes from the cut surface as shown in FIG. Furthermore, the fish body F2 is bent because the tail clamping belts 12 and 13 are not completely twisted by 90 degrees. When the belt is completely twisted by 90 degrees, the belt 1 in Figure 10
As shown in FIGS. 2, 13 and 11, the fish body F2 rests on the horizontal guide 23 with its abdomen facing forward, with the tail leading the way and the cut surface trailing the furthest. Eventually, when the belly of the fish hits the egg collecting rod 21, the fish is pressed against the back guides 19, 20, and as shown in FIG. Therefore, the pressed part moves toward the cut surface. Therefore, the ovary OV is pushed out together with the body fluid and falls onto the chute 22. The fish body F3 after egg collection is released forward from the terminal ends of the tail clamping belts 12 and 13.
