Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a clear manufacturing number which does not disappear and not become blurred in handling by marking on the battery case simultaneously with sealing of battery with recessed stamp in order to mark a manufacturing number of the battery. CONSTITUTION:A positive mix 2, a positive ring 3, a separator 4, an electrolyte absorbing material 5, a negative mix 6, a sealing gasket 7, and a sealing plate 8, which are components for battery, are accommodated in a case 1, and placed on a lower sealing mold 9. Then, they are sealed by applying pressure to an upper sealing mold 10 to complete a battery. Since a recessed stamp 11 is graved on the lower sealing stamp 9 or the upper sealing stamp 10, a manufacturing number 12 is marked on the upper or lower surface of the battery in the sealing process.

Conventional technology What is the process of assigning serial numbers to batteries? It is shown in Figure 3. Positive electrode mixture, which is a power generation element2. Positive electrode ring 3. Separator 4. Electrolyte impregnated material5. Insert the negative electrode mixture 6 and the like into the case 1 together with the sealing plate 8 attached to the periphery of the sealing packing 7 (Fig. 3a), then lower and upper sealing molds 9.10.
A battery is constructed by sealing the battery using i (FIG. 3b). Thereafter, in the stamping process (FIG. 3C) mainly using the stamp 15, a serial number was added to the case circumferential surface to complete the case (FIG. 3D).

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with this method, it is difficult to adjust the ink and rubber plate in order to obtain a clear stamp, and the stamping machine becomes complicated and expensive. Furthermore, even if a well-defined stamp is obtained, the ink may disappear or become smeared due to handling problems, which may impair the product value. Furthermore, the non-conductive nature of the ink imposes restrictions on how to connect electrical terminals. Furthermore, as batteries become smaller and thinner, the size of text must also be reduced, but the ink method naturally has its limits.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve all of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention is a method of manufacturing a sealed battery in which a serial number is stamped on the battery surface using a concave stamp at the same time as the date and time of the battery.

According to the present invention, when sealing a battery, a serial number is placed in a concave shape on the upper or lower mold surface of the sealing mold, and at the same time as the battery is sealed, the serial number is engraved on the bottom or top of the battery using the pressure applied. This is what I did. Therefore, is the sealing pressure sufficiently large (usually 1 ton or more)? Because of this, clear markings can be obtained, and unlike ink marking methods, there is no fading or fading during handling. Furthermore, since the display is made by deforming the battery surface, there is no need to worry about how to remove the electrical terminals, and since the seal is engraved at the same time as sealing, a special process for displaying the serial number can be eliminated.

), the parts are hermetically sealed to complete the battery. At this time, a concave stamp 11 (
C) in Figure 1, the serial number 12 is engraved on the top or bottom of the battery by the pressure applied (Figure 1 d).
. FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the stamping when sealing the battery according to the embodiment of the present invention. As is clear from FIG. This is what makes up the serial number. However, when applying pressure against the sun (approximately 1 or more), almost no swelling is observed, and the scratched portion of the corner portion 13 is only visible. The serial number obtained in this manner can be made into a secret number that cannot be seen with the naked eye by adjusting the sealing pressure described above.
