を押込むフライウエイト部材とを備え、更に該フ
ライウエイト部材の反対側に位置する他方のサポ
ート部材にウエイトバランスを保つバランスウエ
イト部を形成したことを特徴とするガバナー装置
。 (2) 前記フライウエイト部材とサポート部材と
の間にスプールに押込み力を付与するブーストス
プリングを設けたことを特徴とする第１項記載の
