Abstract

PURPOSE:Hydroxypropylcellulose is added to a polyvinyl pyrrolidone in ethanol or methanol, and perfumes are mixed to give durative perfumary. 号)した。

り香りの揮散を抑制させて保香性を高めるとともに、さ
らにこれにヒドロキシプロピルセルロースを1%〜30
%(重量比)加えたりベンジルアルコール又はディエチ
ルフタレイトを工%〜10%(重量比)添加してさらに
香りの持続性を高めたり、香料類をサイクロデキストリ
ン若しくはサイクロデキストリンを含有した澱粉分解物
若しくはサイクロデキストリンを含有した糖化アルコー
ルで乳化させて香料の分散性を高め、また乳化させるこ
とによりポリビニールピロリドン水溶液とも混合するよ
うにしたものであり、フィルムや紙などに塗って使用で
きるようにしたものである。

ドロキシプロピルセルロースを併用すると、ヒドロキシ
プロピルセルロースがメタノールやエタノールを不活性
化するので香料の揮散が抑制されるとともに、ヒドロキ
シプロピルセルロースが形成する皮膜は吸湿性が弱いの
で皮膜が強固なものとなる。

ルピロリドンの1%〜60%(重量比)水溶液に、ベン
ジルアルコール又はデイエチルフタレイトのエタノール
溶液若しくはメタノール溶液を1%〜10%(重量比)
添加し、これに香料類をサイクロデキストリン若しくは
サイクロデキストリンを含有した澱粉分解物若しくはサ
イクロデキストリンを含有した糖化アルコールで乳化し
たものを1%〜60%(重量比)加えて攪拌混合したこ
とを特徴とする持続性香料の製造方法。
