Various means for attaching partition plates to shelf boards have been proposed and used in the past. For example, there are partition plates that are fixed to shelf boards using screws or fasteners, but the work of installing the partition plates is troublesome and requires a lot of time when installing a large number of partition plates. It didn't happen.

The present invention is an improved means for attaching partition plates.
At least one concave groove is formed on the shelf surface in the opening direction, and openings are formed at regular intervals on the shelf surface and the bottom of the concave groove, and the upper and lower sides are connected to each other. A partition plate having a stop part is attached to the stop part on the upper side and the lower side, the opening formed at the bottom of the recessed groove in the upper shelf board, and the surface of the shelf board in the lower shelf board. It is characterized in that it can be detachably attached between the upper and lower shelf boards depending on the engagement relationship with the formed openings.

In the present invention, the locking parts on the upper and lower sides of the partition plate are engaged with the openings formed at the bottom of the concave groove of the upper shelf board and the openings formed on the surface of the lower shelf board, respectively. With this structure, the partition plate can be easily attached and detached, and the attachment posture of the partition plate is stable. Moreover, since the locking portion on the upper side of the partition plate is located within the concave groove of the upper shelf board in the engaged state, it does not protrude from the surface of the shelf board and does not interfere with the stored items.

In addition, since the recessed grooves with openings are formed on the surface of the shelf, there is no need to attach a special piece to the back of the shelf for attaching the partition plate, and the recessed groove itself serves as a reinforcing member for the shelf. Therefore, there is no need to attach a separate reinforcing member, and press molding and roll forming are easy, making it suitable for mass production and reducing shelf board production costs.

Furthermore, the openings for locking the partition plate are formed at regular intervals across the frontage, making it possible to change the mounting position of the partition plate according to the size and amount of stored items. It is valid.

A shelf with a partition plate (hereinafter simply referred to as a shelf) 1 is:
Shelf boards 3 are constructed in multiple stages between each support 2. A concave groove 5 oriented toward the frontage is formed in the shelf 3 at approximately the center in the depth direction of the shelf, and the shelf surfaces 4, 4 and the grooves of the concave groove 5 sandwich the concave groove 5. Slits 4a and 5a are provided on the bottom at regular intervals in the widthwise direction (see FIGS. 1 and 3).

Therefore, the partition plate 10A or 10B is connected to the shelf board 3.
When mounting between the two, a slit 5 formed in the concave groove 5 of the upper shelf board 3 at the desired mounting position is inserted.
After fitting the locking piece 10a into the lower shelf plate surface 4
Each locking piece 10 is inserted into a pair of slits 4a formed in the
b (see Figures 2 and 3). In this way, to attach the partition plate 10A or 10B between the shelf boards, the work is simple because the locking pieces 10a, 10b and the slits 5a, 4a are simply engaged without using any installation equipment. It is extremely simple, and even if a large number of partition plates are installed between each shelf board, it can be done in a relatively short time.

The shelf board 3 and Since the partition plates 10A and 10B are formed, the stored items and the locking pieces 10a and 10b are
The stored items can be loaded smoothly without any interference, and damage to the stored items during loading can be prevented.

Further, the partition plate 10 has a locking piece 10a at its upper part.
Since the lower part is locked to the shelf board 3 by the pair of locking pieces 10b, there is no displacement in the front, rear, left and right directions, and the posture of the stored items is always stable.

Furthermore, when manufacturing the shelf board 3, there is no need to attach members for locking the partition plate by means such as welding, so the steel plate can be easily processed by press forming or roll forming. It has high properties and is suitable for mass production.

Furthermore, since the recessed groove 5 having the partition plate locking slit 5a functions as a reinforcing member, the shelf board 3 has high strength and rigidity, and there is no need to provide a separate reinforcing member.

In the above embodiment, if the channel material 11 having a U-shaped cross section is fitted into the concave groove 5 of the shelf board 3,
The upper surface of the shelf board 3 becomes flat, allowing for easier loading and unloading of stored items, and improved appearance (see FIG. 7).

Furthermore, the number of concave grooves is not limited to one, but it is also possible to have two. That is, as shown in FIG.
A slit 25a is formed at the bottom of the groove, and the channel material 31 with the slit 31a formed therein is inserted into the concave groove 25.
The partition plate 30 used in this case is provided with a pair of locking pieces 30a and 30b on the upper and lower sides, and when installing, the locking piece 30a is engaged with the slit 25a in the upper shelf board 23, The locking piece 30b is inserted into the slit 31 of the channel material 31 on the lower shelf board 23.
a. With this structure, the partition plate 30 is locked to the shelf board 23 at two locations, one at the top and one at the bottom, so that the mounting position is further stabilized and it is suitable for a shelf with a large depth.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG.
The slit 45a in the concave groove 45 may be formed to be large from the groove bottom to the side wall, and the upper side may be directly engaged with the slit 45a without providing a locking piece on the upper side of the partition plate 50. .
