掻取り部材をスクリーンドラムの外周に沿つて回
転するように配設する一方、外装ケースの底面開
放部を開閉する底蓋を外装ケースの底部に枢着し
、且つこの底蓋に濾液流出管を取付け、底蓋を閉
じたとき前記スクリーンドラムの底面開放部が閉
じられると共にスクリーンドラム内部と濾液流出
管とが連通するように構成したことを特徴とする
