水位測定手段からの水位信号で前記流速信号を補
正して平均流速を求める流速補正手段と、前記水
位信号を用いて前記測定管の平均断面積を求める
断面積演算手段と、前記平均流速と前記平均断面
積との積を演算して流量を求める流量演算手段と
