Claims (1)
- レンズ光源から出射されるレーザ光の光路上に
設けたビームスプリツタを介して、媒体からの戻
り光を９０度偏向させ検出光学系に導く光学ヘツ
ドにおいて、前記ビームスプリツタを挾んで前記
検出系と対向するオプトベース側壁に、略円錐形
状もしくは斜め円錐形状、斜め円柱形状等をした
光拡散面を有する光拡散体を配設したことを特徴
とする光学ヘツド。
