Claims (1)
- 基板と、両端を上記基板側に向けて折り曲げら
れて形成された脚部を有するイメージセンサを支
持した弾性部材からなる中間支持部材と、この中
間支持部材の両端部寄りに頭部を当接させていて
ねじ部を上記基板に螺合させることにより、上部
脚部の先端を上記基板に当接させた状態で上記中
間支持部材を基板に調整自在に取付けた一対の調
整ねじとを有し、上記中間支持部材の弾性変形を
利用して、上記イメージセンサの、光線入射方向
における前後の位置を調整することを特徴とする
イメージセンサの位置調整装置。
