- 筒状導波管と、フランジ部及び筒状部が鋳型或
いは切削加工等により一体的に成形されたフラン
ジとで成り、該フランジの上記筒状部の端面を上
記筒状導波管の端面と付き合わせ溶接したことを
特徴とするマイクロ波導波管。
