もので、第１図は粉箱本体へ粉末供給する時の断
面図、第２図は粉箱本体内粉末を仕切り板で二層
分離した時の断面図、第３図は前記二層に分離さ
れた粉末の下側を型内に充填する時の断面図、第
４図は同じく二層に分離された粉末の上側を型内
に充填する時の断面図である。第５図、第６図は
従来の粉末供給装置を示すもので、第５図は粉箱
が前進している時の断面図、第６図は粉箱が前進
端に達した時の断面図である。 １…ダイセツト、２…粉箱本体、３…油圧シリ
ンダ（アクチユエータ）、４…型内、６…仕切り

Claims (1)
- アクチユエータにより型上を摺動して型内に粉
末を供給する粉箱本体に、該粉箱本体内の粉末を
上下二層に分離する仕切り板を相対移動可能に設
け、該仕切り板を、前記アクチユエータの進退動
作に応じて閉開動作するよう、該アクチユエータ
に連係したことを特徴とする二層式粉末供給箱。
