Claims (1)
- 真空容器内にリード棒を介して相対的に動く接
触部を有する一対の電極を設けた真空インタラプ
タにおいて、一方の電極の接触部に突起を、他方
の電極の接触部に該突起を収納する凹部を設け突
起と凹部とは開極時に絶縁距離が得られ、且つ閉
極時に接触しないように設けたことを特徴とする
真空インタラプタ。
