ウジング側を断面で示した成形ヘツドの側面図で
ある。 図中、２はコイル成形ヘツド、５はワイヤ、９
はニードル、１０はストツパ、１１は把持爪、１
２はニードルヘツド、１３はパルスモータ、１４
はスリツト円板、１５はセンサ、１７は回転スピ
ンドル、２３はスリーブ、３７は揺動アーム、３
８はローラである。

- ハウジング側には所定のタイミングで進退する
スリーブと該スリーブの軸芯に位置する回転スピ
ンドルとが備えられ、回転スピンドルの先端に嵌
装されるニードルヘツドには、前記スリーブの端
面に当接する接触体を一端に備えた揺動アームに
固定された把持爪とワイヤを把持爪の先端部に位
置決めする台形のストツパとが備えられている、
巻線機のコイル成形ヘツド。
