Claims (1)
- 光電センサー１と液滴を吐出させるチユーブ２
と光電センサーの出力を受けとつて液滴数をカウ
ントする装置装置３と光電センサーの出力信号と
制御装置の信号入力側の整合をとるための信号レ
ベル変換部４とで構成され、制御装置が液滴の落
下を認識できる範囲内で、光電センサーのＬＥＤ
１―１、フオトダイオード１―２の各素子中心軸
にチユーブ先から落下した液滴の中心が通過しな
いように光電センサーとチユーブの位置をずらし
た液滴カウンター。
