排気するようになつている真空凍結乾燥装置にお
いて、この装置に備えられる冷凍サイクルにおけ
る冷媒からなるホツトガスをコールドトラツプ室
の冷却管に流通するため前記ホツトガスの流通路
と前記冷却管とを弁を介して連通するバイパス管
