端を巻戻用ベルトを介して前記巻戻側回転軸に接
続される可撓性ダンパと、前記巻取側回転軸およ
び巻戻側回転軸を回転駆動する駆動装置とから構
成したことを特徴とするラジエータ用シユラウド
