逆転駆動自在なピニオンギアー１８を前記ラツク
ギアー１５と前記ピニオンギアー１８の係脱操作
が自在な状態で夫々連結すると共に、扱深さが設
定範囲になるように、前記ピニオンギアー１８の
駆動機構２１を自動操作する制御機構２３を設け
