Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スイツチング動作を行うトランジスタなどの主
スイツチング素子と、 前記主スイツチング素子を動作させるための制
御信号を発生させる制御部と、 前記制御信号を受けて主スイツチング素子を駆
動する駆動部と、 前記駆動部を動作させるための電源部とよりな
るブリツジ形インバータ回路において、 前記主スイツチング素子のそれぞれに対し、各
主スイツチング素子の近傍に、独立した電源部を
設け、 この電源部により、前記駆動部をそれぞれ個別
に動作させ、主素子のスイツチング動作により発
生する雑音の影響を除去することにより、 高周波においても安定に動作することを特徴と
するブリツジ形インバータ回路。
