Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ フレームに挿入された回転軸がスラスト軸受
およびラジアル軸受からなる磁気軸受によつて非
接触支持される磁気軸受モータにおいて、 前記スラスト軸受の回転子の側面に放射状に形
成されたスリツトと、このスリツトに対向するよ
うに一定のギヤツプを有して配設される吸熱板と
、前記フレームの内部に形成された冷媒路と、前
記吸熱板と冷媒路との間に挾まれ吸熱板側を低温
域、冷媒路側を高温域とするように電流が供給さ
れる熱電素子とを備えてなることを特徴とする磁
気軸受モータの冷却装置。 ２ 前記吸熱板がスラスト軸受の回転子の外周面
を覆うように折曲されている実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の磁気軸受モータの冷却装置。
