- 主排気ポンプ及び補助ポンプ並びにオイルクリ
ーナの動作をそれぞれ制御する第１の電磁開閉器
と、該第１の電磁開閉器に並列接続した第２の電
磁開閉器と、第１の電磁開閉器を解除して第２の
電磁開閉器を開閉動作するスイツチ機構とを有す
ることを特徴とする真空排気ユニツト操作装置。
