張りコイルばね（トグル動作用ばね手段）、１３
は永久磁石、１４はリードスイツチである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 過電流に応動して変形するバイメタルと、この
    バイメタルから変位を受け常閉側固定接点から常
    開側固定接点へ切換えられる可動接点と、この可
    動接点に前記常開側固定接点及び常閉側固定接点
    への変位力を交互に付与するトグル動作用ばね手
    段とを備えたものにおいて、前記可動接点に永久
    磁石を設けると共に、前記常開側固定接点の近傍
    に前記可動接点がこの常開側固定接点に接触した
    ときに前記永久磁石にて閉成されるリードスイツ
    チを設けたことを特徴とする熱動形過負荷継電器
    。
