スク装置において、上記モータの駆動パルスの間
隔を計測する計測手段と、計測したパルス間隔を
所定値と比較する比較手段と、この比較手段によ
る比較結果に基づいて上記モータの励磁電圧を切
り換える電圧切換手段とを有し、上記駆動パルス
の間隔が所定値よりも大きいときは、所定値より
小さいときよりも低電圧で上記モータを駆動可能
