程に取付けられたプーリと、このプーリに掛装さ
れるとともに、一端がストツパーに連結され、か
つ他端がクランプアームの基部に連結された紐部
材と、ストツパーを常にクランプホルダー側に向
けて付勢するばね部材とからなる実用新案登録請
