In conventional Bunsen burners, when the gas quality changes, the amount of air cannot be changed accordingly. In addition, with systems that absorb primary air by ejecting gas from a nozzle, it is extremely difficult to maintain a constant ratio between the amount of primary air and the amount of secondary air. In cases where it is necessary to change
The problem was that it was not possible to achieve the best possible combustion.

This is a combustion tube having a flame port 8. Reference numeral 9 denotes a blower with an adjustment damper 11 provided at the discharge port 10; 12 is an air chamber; the upper part thereof communicates with the primary air mixing chamber 4 via the primary air orifice 13; It communicates with a secondary air chamber 15 via an orifice 14 for secondary air. Reference numeral 16 denotes a case main body, the bottom of which forms the secondary air chamber 15 partitioned by a secondary air baffle plate 17 having a large number of holes, the combustion tubes 6 are arranged side by side in the middle lower part, and the middle upper part is A combustion chamber 18 is provided, and a heat exchanger 19 is provided at the top. 20 is a hot water supply pipe, 21 is a hot water temperature detector, 22 is a controller, 23 is a gas concentration detector for detecting the gas concentration (mixing ratio of gas amount and air amount) in the mixture passage section 7; The gas/air ratio is kept constant through the

On the other hand, air is sent into the air chamber 12 by the blower 9, with its flow rate adjusted by an adjustment damper 11 provided at the discharge port 10. A part of the air enters the primary air mixing chamber 4 through the primary air orifice 13, mixes with the gas flowing here, is rectified by the primary air rectifying plate 5, and is passed through the air mixture passage. 7 to reach the flame port 8, and the combustion chamber 18
burn inside. The other air that has entered the air chamber 12 enters the secondary air chamber 15 through the secondary air orifice 14 and is rectified by the secondary air rectifying plate 17.
The air is sent to the lower part of the combustion tube 6 and serves as secondary air for the flame burning in the combustion chamber 18.

When the gas concentration (mixture ratio of gas volume to air volume) of the gas passing through the gas passage becomes deviated from the set value, the gas concentration detector 23 detects this and the controller 22
, and sends information to the gas throttle valve 2 and the adjustment damper 11.
By adjusting the ratio of primary air to secondary air, the gas concentration is always kept constant.
Since the ratio is determined by the area ratio of the primary air orifice 13 and the secondary air orifice 14, rather than sucking in primary air by gas ejection from a nozzle as in the case of a conventional Bunsen burner, it is always kept constant regardless of the aperture opening of the adjusting damper 11.

知器の耐久性が向上する。 As described above, the present invention has a secondary air chamber on one side and a primary air mixing chamber where gas and air are mixed on the other side of the air chamber. A gas concentration detector is installed in the air-fuel mixture passage or in the primary air mixing chamber to maintain a constant ratio of gas and air amounts via a controller. Not only can the gas/air ratio be maintained properly at all times, but also the durability of the gas concentration detector is improved because it is not affected by exhaust gas.
