回路の開閉を行なう半導体スイツチ本体と当該半
導体スイツチ本体を電源から電気的に遮断するた
めの手段とを設けてなる半導体スイツチ装置にお
いて、前記フレームにそれぞれ固定接触子を備え
た電源側端子と負荷側端子とを設け、前記半導体
スイツチ本体に前記固定接触子それぞれに対応す
る可動接触子を設けるとともに、前記フレームに
対して前記半導体スイツチ本体を近接あるいは遠
離する如く移動させることにより前記可動接触子
が前記固定接触子に対する接合あるいは離脱を行
なう如くにしてなることを特徴とする半導体スイ
