- フレキシブルプリント明板と、ヒートシンク又
は取付固定用板金とを接着剤を用いて一体化した
組立体において、フレキシブルプリント基板とヒ
ートシンク又は板金との間に存在する空気又はガ
ス等を取り除く抜き穴を、ヒートシンク又は板金
に設けたことを特徴とするフレキシブルプリント
基板組立体。
