変換器１０と、この周波数変換器１０を１次側巻
線６ａに接続するとともに高圧２次側巻線６ｂを
コンパクト化された整流回路とを介してマグネト
ロン１３のアノードに、低圧２次側巻線６ｃをマ
グネトロン１３のカソードに接続する昇圧トラン
ス６と、この昇圧トランス６の１次側巻線６ａを
巻回した磁性体２４を壁面２３ａを隔てて外側に
位置させるとともに前記両２次巻線６ｂ，６ｃを
巻回した前記磁性体２４と電磁結合する磁性体２
５及び前記整流回路とを収納したシールドケース
２３と、このシールドケース２３に設けた高周波
の漏洩不可能な径の通風孔Ａ２３ｂを介してシー
ルドケース２３内を冷却するフアン２８と、この
フアン２８を駆動するモータ２を囲う如く設けた
エアガイド３０とを備え、このエアガイド３０の
一部に前記モータ２を取付けたことを特徴とする
