２〜１０ｇ／m2程度で薄く均一に塗布するための
装置において、表面硬度が２０〜４０°を有し且
つ表面に１０〜５０μ程度の凹凸を有して塗布液
をピツクアツプするようにしたゴム製のピツクア
ツプロールと、表面に０．５〜５μの亀裂を生じ
させた金属メツキを施してなり前記ピツクアツプ
ロール外周面の塗布液を受けてウエブに塗布する
ためのアプリケータロールを設けたことを特徴と
