ガスを上方向から下方向に旋回させながら下降さ
せる耐腐蝕性パイプと、前記耐腐食性パイプの外
側に設けられ前記耐腐蝕性パイプを介して前記ガ
スを冷却させる冷却手段と、前記耐腐食性パイプ
の下端に設けられ前記耐腐食性パイプ内側を前記
ガスが下降する際に前記冷却手段により冷却され
て凝縮され前記腐食性成分が溶解された凝縮水を
前記ガスから分離除去する耐腐食性気液分離器と
を備えたことを特徴とする腐食性ガス除湿冷却装
置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の除
湿冷却装置において、耐腐食性パイプは、螺旋状
に形成された多重パイプであることを特徴とする
腐食性ガス除湿冷却装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
項に記載の除湿冷却装置において、耐腐食性パイ
プは、フツ素樹脂製パイプからなることを特徴と
