より２次巻線に高電圧を発生する磁気漏洩型高圧
トランスと、高圧コンデンサ及び高圧ダイオード
の直列回路からなり、上記高圧トランスの２次巻
線に直列接続され、斯る２次巻線に発生された高
電圧を倍電圧整流する倍電圧整流器と、該整流器
の高圧ダイオードに直列接続されたリレーコイル
と、該リレーコイルと上記高圧ダイオードとの直
列回路に並列に接続され上記整流器にて倍電圧整
流された高電圧を受けてマイクロ波を発振するマ
グネトロンと、上記リレーコイルの非励磁時に上
記高圧トランスの１次巻線への電力供給を遮断す
るためのリレースイツチとを備えたことを特徴と
