に取付けたワツシヤーとリベツト頭部との圧接に
よつて透孔を封口してなる電池において、リベツ
ト先端部をリベツト先端方向にテーパー状とする
と共にリベツト先端部に環状溝を設け、この環状
溝の位置にワツシヤーを挿入し、リベツトを上下
方向に圧縮しかしめることによりワツシヤーを環
状溝に嵌合しリベツトに固着したことを特徴とす
