ら各筒体における投受光器本体側には各筒体を取
り囲むノズル部材が少なくとも二体併設されて各
ノズル部材にはそれぞれ筒体内に連通する清浄空
気の噴射穴が筒体の周囲に沿つて設けられ、その
うち上記通路側に位置するノズル部材の噴射穴の
軸線は通路側へ斜めに向けられるとともに全軸線
が筒体の軸線上の点に向けられ、上記光学フイル
タ側に位置するノズル部材の噴射穴の軸線は筒体
の該噴射穴を含む横断面の中心に向けられている
