にある。 21 is a pushchair for transferring the trolley;
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a vertical shaft is attached to the bottom of a reciprocating cart 24 supported via wheels 23 on a pair of left and right guide rails 22 arranged parallel to the sides of the trolley guide rail 5. It is pivoted at 25. As shown in FIG. 3, a roller 27 is supported by a vertical shaft 26 on a portion 21a of the pusher 21 extending outward from the vertical shaft 25.
By coming into contact with the trolley, the pusher 21 cannot rotate rearward from the trolley support position A. Reference numeral 28 denotes a tension coil spring that is tensioned horizontally between the outwardly extending portion 21a of the pusher 21 and the free end of a bracket 29 connected to the bottom of the reciprocating carriage 24. This is to stabilize the posture alternatively between the boosting posture A and the non-working posture B, which is swung forward and laterally.
Note that even in the non-working position B, the roller 27 contacts the guide rail outer surface 22a to prevent further rotation. The pusher 21 is at a height capable of pushing back the rear end vertical shaft roller 9 of the rear trolley 3.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, one of the gear wheels 32 that hangs the drive chain 33 is connected to the drive chain at the terminal end of the upper drive line 17 by an interlocking means 41 consisting of gear trains 35 to 40. It is interlocked and connected to the guide gear wheel 19.

By the rotation of the drive chain 16, the drive chain 33 of the winding drive means 30 rotates in conjunction with the link means 41, and the reciprocating carriage 24 is reciprocated along the guide rail 22 via the link 34. Therefore, the pusher 21 advances while maintaining the pushing position A, and just before the end of its forward stroke, the roller 27 abuts against the stopper 42, causing the pusher 21 to move back and forth along the vertical shaft 25.
When the pusher 21 passes the neutral point, the tension of the tension coil spring 28 causes the pusher 21 to rotate to the non-operating position B. By this action, the pusher 21 is switched to the non-operating position B at the end of the forward stroke.
The pusher 21, which moves backward in the non-operating position B, rotates backward about the vertical shaft 25 against the tension coil spring 28 when the roller 27 abuts against the stopper 43 just before the end of the return stroke. When the pusher 21 passes the neutral point, the tension of the tension coil spring 28 causes the pusher 21 to return to the pushing position A.
By this action, the pusher 21 is switched to the pushing position A at the end of the return stroke.

A transmission ratio of 1 is set. The pusher 21 then moves to the drive line 1 in the forward stroke S.
The transport trolley 1, which is at position C, where the dog 11 comes off and stops from the pusher 10 that escapes to the side at the end of the rear trolley 3, is moved forward via the rear vertical axis roller 9 of the rear trolley 3.
The dog 11 of the lower drive line 18 is pushed up to a position D where it can engage with the pusher 10 of the lower drive line 18.

8 and is propelled again by the pusher 10 of this lower drive line 18. When the pusher 21 is on the backward stroke, the next transport trolley 1 enters into the pusher path of this pusher 21, but since the pusher 21 has been switched to the non-working position, the transport trolley 1

can be detected and notified that there is an abnormal situation.

ヤーを使用しなければならなかつた。 As a conventional trolley feeding device of this type, for example, a device described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 54-86186 is known. In this conventional device, the trolley feed pusher is operatively connected to a trolley pusher drive chain in a lower drive line rather than an upper drive line. Therefore, the positional relationship between the pusher returning to the forward stroke start position (the end on the upper drive line side of the reciprocating path) and the pusher moving along the upper drive line is not determined. For this reason, in the conventional device, it was necessary to use a so-called anti-back pusher that can be lowered forward and laterally from a backing position against the biasing force of a spring.

There is.

ヤー姿勢切り換え手段を併用するものである。 The present invention does not use an anti-buck pusher with such drawbacks, but instead uses a pusher that can be selectively switched between a trolley support position and a non-working position in which it swings forward and sideways. A pusher posture switching means is used in combination to switch from the pushing posture to the non-working posture when the end of the forward stroke is reached, and from the non-working posture to the boosting posture when the end of the backward stroke is reached.

However, according to the configuration of the present invention, the drive means for reciprocating the pusher is arranged so that the position of the pusher at the start of forward movement is an intermediate position between the trolleys moving at regular intervals. Since an interlocking means is provided to link the trolley push shear drive chain of the side drive line, it is possible to push the push shear and switch to the boosting position without causing an unreasonable side collision between the push shear and the trolley, and the trolley is always fed safely. can be caused to act.
