However, this type of sunroof was developed in major European countries where direct sunlight is relatively weak.
When entering a country with strong sunlight, sun protection techniques are needed, such as printing sun shades on the glass surface or applying special coating techniques.

Currently, there are some technologies for such sunshades, such as sunshields that are installed on glass panels, removable ones that cover the opening, and ones that can be opened and closed by being stored in the rear in a sliding manner. There are methods that change the transmittance of glass coatings, but their practical value has not yet been proven.

This proposal satisfies the sunroof function as a removable sunroof, is easy to use as a sunshade, is inexpensive, satisfies the aesthetics of the interior of the vehicle, and minimizes protrusions inside the vehicle. The aim is to provide a sunshade that satisfies customers, and the sunshade itself is made of plastic, making it semi-transparent, which is expected to have the special effect of letting in dim light that does not allow direct sunlight to enter the room. It is possible.

As a precedent related to the present application, there is Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-134315, but in this device, the sunshade is located below the glass panel, and its end is attached to a support member protruding from the end of the opening on the vehicle side. It is inserted rotatably, and the rear end is attached to a locking device at the bottom of the glass panel.

However, this structure has various drawbacks because the idea of installing the sunshade is fundamentally different from the original proposal. In other words, a protrusion is formed at the vehicle opening, impairing the beauty and safety of the interior of the vehicle, and because it is provided between the vehicle side and the glass panel, it prevents movement and vibration between the vehicle and the glass panel when the vehicle is running. However, it was necessary to accommodate these differences, which caused problems in terms of strength and durability. When opening the glass panel, it was necessary to first remove the sunshade, and when storing it, it was also necessary to do so separately. .

Furthermore, apart from the above-mentioned precedent, there are also cases where a frame etc. is provided at the bottom of the glass panel and a sunshade is attached there, but this greatly increases the weight of the glass panel itself, becomes expensive, and requires a mechanism for installing the sunshade. was incomplete and posed a great danger to the passengers inside the vehicle.

For this reason, the structure of the present invention provides a plastic sunshade as a sunshade that fits into the opening at the bottom of the glass panel. This rotating part should be as small as possible due to the limitations of the protrusions inside the vehicle compartment, and in the present invention, a groove into which a normal coin can be inserted is provided, and the coin is inserted into this groove and rotated.

The sunshade component of this sunshade satisfies its function even if it is made of plastic material alone, but a trim made of the same material as the interior material may be attached to the lower part, and the ventilation effect by lifting the rear part can be sufficiently performed. It is best to bend the rear part diagonally backwards.

The removable holding method for the sunshade constructed in this way is easy to handle; at the front, the insertion part of the sunshade itself made of plastic material is inserted into the lower part of the glass panel, and at the rear, the sunshade itself is inserted into the lower part of the glass panel. All you have to do is insert a member with a rectangular tip into the elongated hole of the member, and then rotate it slightly to lock it in place.

In this case, the internal convex protrusion and round bolt head fit well into the recess of the engaging member of the plastic member, thereby preventing vibration and rattling when the vehicle is running. Moreover, this effect is even better if the insertion portion and the engagement portion are appropriately implanted with hair.

Normally, the head of this engaging part, which is limited by the protrusions inside the vehicle interior, is rotated using a coin or engine key, so the head itself can be made extremely small and can be turned easily, making it a great decoration for the interior of the vehicle. As mentioned above, when the glass panel is tilted, this tilts together and can perform sufficient ventilation. Furthermore, in this proposal, the sunshade can be fixed to the bottom of the glass panel with a simple and inexpensive member that is easy to handle and strong, and has sufficient strength and durability to withstand movement and vibration of the glass panel when the vehicle is running. Since there are no protrusions on the opening of the vehicle, it is effective from an aesthetic and safety point of view.

In particular, by making the sun shade plastic, it is possible to use a semi-transparent one that allows only soft light to pass through, and by changing its coloring, passengers can enjoy a variety of lighting colors, allowing passengers to freely select and use the sun shade.
