Conventionally, in a motor stator that has a cylindrical yoke on the outside and a magnet on the center side, the yoke 1 and the cylindrical magnet 2 are integrally molded at the same time using plastic 3, as shown in FIG. 2 was fixed within the yoke 1. According to this method, it is difficult to insert and fix the magnet 2 into the yoke 1, and it is difficult to automate the process. The present invention aims to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide a method for easily fixing the magnet and yoke in a mini motor.

Figures 2 to 4 show an embodiment of the present invention. In the figures, 11 and 11' indicate split-type ferrite magnets, which are approximately semicircular and have an axis ( A hole 12 for insertion (not shown) is formed, and the magnets 11 and 11' are joined together and molded with synthetic resin 13 into a cylindrical shape.
At this time, a pair of caulking protrusions 14, 14' and a protrusion 15 are formed on the bottom surface of the cylindrical body. In this case, if the dimensional accuracy of the magnets 11, 11' is poor, molding burrs 16 or a thin film will be formed on the entire surface, as shown in FIG.

Generally, in the case of a 20% type magnet, as shown in Fig. 5, it has a shape with a part of the circle missing.
Even if two pieces are joined together, they will not become circular and centerless grinding cannot be performed using the grinding wheel 19. However, in the present invention, since a cylindrical magnetic block is formed from a magnet and a synthetic resin, centerless grinding can be performed as shown in FIG.

6 to 8 show another embodiment of the present invention, in which when split magnets 11, 11' are integrally molded with synthetic resin 13, a portion corresponding to the bottom of the magnetic block is A bottom plate 18 having the same diameter as the magnetic block is integrally molded at the same time. As the bottom plate 18, a disk-shaped piece punched out of metal such as brass or a continuous hoop-shaped piece is used. In this case, punching is performed after simultaneous molding.

After molding, the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic block is subjected to cylindrical or centerless grinding in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Next, the hole on the center side of the yoke 17, which has a cylindrical shape with a bottom, is aligned with the bottom plate 18 of the magnetic block, and the yoke 17 and the bottom plate 18 are welded and joined together. Preferably, laser welding is used for welding. The reason for this is that the plastic part does not melt.

As described above, the present invention involves molding a roughly semicircular split-type magnet into a cylindrical body using synthetic resin, and at the time of molding, a pair of caulking protrusions are formed on the bottom surface of the cylindrical body, and a boss is formed on the center side. a step of centerless grinding the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical body obtained in the above step; a step of providing a hole for fixing the magnetic block in the bottom of the bottomed cylindrical yoke;
(a) By including a grinding step, , Finishing a magnet molded from synthetic resin into a completely cylindrical body using a split magnet (b) On the bottom of the cylindrical yoke and the bottom of the cylindrical body,
By combining the caulking protrusion and the central boss, it is possible to grind the magnet into a cylindrical shape and maintain a predetermined gap between the inside of the cylindrical yoke and the cylindrical surface of the magnet. It has the following effects.
