Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to print letters in correct positions by forming a sensing marking on each page of a folding type, continuous recording paper and sensing the marking by means of a marking sensor. CONSTITUTION:On a continuous recording paper 1 are formed a row of perforations 2 in the lateral direction at a constant intervals. At one end of the row of perforations 2 of the back side of the recording surface 1a of the continuous recording paper 1 is formed by means of printing or the like a recording position sensing marking 3 of an approximately constant length. Further, on the same side with the sensing marking 3 of the last page is formed a residual amount sensing marking 4. When this recording paper is set on an equipment, the sensing marking 3 and the residual amount sensing mark 4 are sensed by a marking sensor provided on the equipment. This makes it possible to control the position of recording by means of a recording head on the continuous recording paper 1 so that the recording position on each page is kept correct, eliminating the possibility of recording on the row of perforations.

[Technical background of the invention and its problems] Conventionally, recording paper used in facsimile machines has been either roll paper or sheet paper. When one page of recording is completed, roll paper is cut page by page using an auto cutter and then discharged, while sheet paper is discharged as is. However, when using fixed sheets of paper, there was a problem in that the number of lines of records was limited, and a good record would have to be recorded over several sheets. It has the disadvantage that the recording paper curls after recording, and since O1~Katsuta is required, there are problems such as expansion of storage space and installation space. For this reason, as recording paper (It is preferable to use the continuous paper containing the sewing machine 1 in the sewing machine direction by folding it in the sewing machine 1. In the conventional one-axis machine, a means to env the remaining number is provided, but a means to env the position of each page is not provided.

Two perforations are formed in the continuous recording paper 1 at regular intervals in the horizontal direction. Recording surface 1a of this continuous recording paper 1
On the back side of the page 8, at 10a on one side of the perforation 2, a recording position detection mark 3 or stamp 1 of a certain length is formed on page 8. Further, on the last page, on the same side and on the same surface as the recording position detection mark 3, a remaining amount detection mark 4 for detecting the last page is similarly formed for one time length.

The operation of the continuous recording paper 1 constructed as described above will be explained with reference to FIG. Continuous recording paper 1 is stored in a cassette 1 provided in a facsimile machine 5 in a cassette 6, and sequentially sent from the top to a recording head 8 by a recording paper driving roller 7. These recording paper drive roller 7 and recording head 8 are operated by a control section (not shown). At this time, the recording paper drive roller 7
A mark detector 9 provided at the bottom of the continuous recording paper 1 detects a recording position detection mark 3 and a remaining amount detection mark 4 formed on the continuous recording paper 1. The mark detector G3 receives light emitted from a light source onto the continuous recording paper 1 from a known photoelectric conversion member number by a phototransistor or the like, and charges and converts the light. By detecting the recording position detection mark 3 by this mark detector 9, the recording head 8
control the recording position on the continuous recording paper 1. As a result, the recording position on page 8 is maintained correctly, and there is no possibility of recording on perforation 2. In addition, when the remaining amount detection mark 4 is detected, the print end of the last page 21'Fi is removed. convey.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the recording position 1 formed on the foldable continuous recording paper 1 is detected by using the mark detection 1 answer 9 for detecting the remaining amount that is already provided in the facsimile. By detecting the mark 3, the recording head 8 can record information on the correct neck 07 of the continuous recording paper 17. As a result, the problems associated with using the conventional foldable continuous recording paper 1 have been solved, and this foldable continuous recording paper can now be used, and the o-1 hem cutter provided in the facsimile machine 1 is no longer necessary. The cost of the Kushimiri device 1 is low, and space is saved.

In the embodiment described above, the recording position detection mark 3 is placed at the perforation 2.
We have explained the case where the remaining amount detection mark 4 is formed on one side of the last page, and the position of these marks is limited to 1rt as shown in this embodiment. It's not a thing. Also, perforation 2 is a fold line numbered 111, which is 10. Furthermore, the mark detector 5) (instead of the photoelectric conversion unit) may be a switch member that, for example, forms a hole at the mark position and conducts electricity through the hole. In this embodiment) - Kushimiri device 5 G: Although the case where it is used has been described, the same effect can be obtained even if it is used in other various printers.

[Effects of the Invention] As in No. 1 above, according to the present invention, analysis) 7z type continuous recording paper is detected at a certain position 1t1 of each section divided by 10 folds or at a certain position of a predetermined page. Since marks are formed and these marks are detected by the mark mark λ1, it is possible to detect the remaining amount of Lt from the position of page 8 of the continuous recording paper using an in-cylinder method. , correct place 1
