Claims (1)
- 円筒状のケーシングの側壁の上方に入口管を設
け、ケーシング内に複数個の連通路を穿設したパ
イプを、ケーシングの底壁の中央に液密に貫通固
着して出口管とし、そしてケーシングの開口側は
カバーを着脱自在に装着、さらに前記入口管と出
口管との流路に過エレメントを配設してなる金
属粉フイルタにおいて、ケーシングの側壁と過
エレメントの外側との間の下部に、過エレメン
トの下面より下方に環状の凹部を設けて沈殿部を
形成し、その内壁に、下方に複数個の流通孔を穿
設し上方はカバーに設けたパツキンに当接する円
筒状の仕切壁を固設したことを特徴とする加工液
の金属粉フイルタ。
