〔発明の利用分野〕
本発明は、鋼塊、鋼片の共用圧延機出側に設置し、デス
ケーリングを必要としない鋼塊圧延時には、鋼塊による
熱影響が少なくなる位置まで、デスケーリング装置を上
昇させる様にした油圧昇降式デスケーリング装置に関す

グを必要としない鋼塊材の圧延時に、上ノズルと鋼塊材
の光面間が、300〜350mm離れている程度では、
鋼塊材の熱影響により、上ノズルの寿命を短かくしてし
まう。鋼塊、鋼片両用に使用する圧延機に取り付けられ
るデスケーリング装置のノズル昇降は配慮されていなか

フード1の昇降はハウジング2に取付けられた摺動用ラ
イナー3によって、フード1が昇降中にゆれぬよう位置
決めされる。配管13は、回転継手6と組合っており、
フードの昇降に対して自由に移動出来る、デスケーリン
グが不要な、銅塊の材料8がテープ(ルローラー9上を
搬送されて来た時は、油圧シリンダー4のシリンダーロ
ッド14を引き上げ、フード1′の位置となる。そのた
め、鋼塊の材料8の熱影響によるデスケーリング装置の
変形等の悪影響を小さくすることが出来る。尚、フード
1を上昇させた場合にも、配管13は、回転継手6を組
