噛合させ、ウオームの一端部に設けたクラツチ機
構を介してハンドル軸とウオームとを連動連結す
ると共に、ウオームの他端部にばねなどによる押
圧調節機構を設け、この押圧調節機構により前記
クラツチ機構の伝達力を調節可能とし、さらに前
記ドラムに巻芯用ベルトを巻付けしたことを特徴
