- 被試験ＩＣの長手方向両端を挾むせんたくばさ
みの挾持体と、被測定ＩＣの各端子に対応して被
測定ＩＣの表面側から各端子に圧接可能に上記挾
持体に取付けられた被測定ＩＣの信号状態観測用
の複数の接触ピンとを備えてなるＩＣクリツプ。
