- 膨張機と圧縮機からなる蒸気駆動式圧縮装置の
該圧縮機の出口側高温圧縮ガスの排熱を回収する
装置において、上記圧縮機の高温圧縮ガス出口通
路と膨張機の蒸気入口通路との間に熱交換器が介
装されていることを特徴とする蒸気駆動式圧縮装
置の排熱回収装置。
