し上げ落下防止機構を備えた収納部にリードフレ
ームを積み上げる積み上げ手段と、積み上げられ
たリードフレームを該収納部から取り出し整列場
所に移送し載置する取り出し手段とを備え、前記
取り出し手段は、水平方向に突き出た突起を下端
近くに備えている複数の垂直棒と、該突起でリー
ドフレームの外縁部を支持してリードフレームを
突起の上に載置させるため該垂直棒を回転させる
機構と、該垂直棒を昇降及び水平移動させる機構
とを有し、前記垂直棒は回転軸に偏心した形で取
り付けられていることを特徴とするリードフレー
