Claims (1)
- 高周波立体回路の導波壁に貫通して設けてある
雌ネジに嵌合するインピーダンス調整ネジの固定
機構において、前記導波壁から外部に突き出てい
る部分の前記インピーダンス調整ネジに嵌合して
あるナツトと、このナツトと前記導波壁の外面と
の間に介在させてあり前記ナツトを前記外面から
遠ざかる方向へ押すバネとからなり、前記バネの
両端部は前記ナツト及び前記壁にそれぞれ固定し
てあることを特徴とするインピーダンス調整ネジ
固定機構。
