Description

す心配があった。そこで、その対策として、ベルトコン
ベアの露出部に図の破線で示すような蓋4を付すことが
行われて来たが、作業性の点で、問題がある。すなわち
、ベルトコンベアにワークを載せたり、降したりするた
びに蓋を開閉しなければならず、作業効率の低下を来た
すのである。

を搬送するコンベアと、該コンベア上のワークに紫外線
を照射する光源と、該光源の光漏れを防止する遮光板と
から成る紫外線照射装置において、ワークの出入りする
遮光板スカート部の開口部に補助遮光板より成る多重遮
光装置を設けたことを特徴とする紫外線照射装置。
