キヤツプを嵌合してなる遠赤外線ヒータ装置にお
いて、前記キヤツプを前記遠赤外線ヒータに対し
てスライド自在に嵌合するとともに、前記キヤツ
プの内部に前記遠赤外線ヒータの端部が当接する
段部を設けてなり、更に前記遠赤外線ヒータを立
てて使用するときに前記遠赤外線ヒータが全長に
わたつてほぼ均一な温度分布を呈する程度に、前
記遠赤外線ヒータの上部となる端部に嵌合するキ
ヤツプの開口端面よりも前記遠赤外線ヒータの内
部の電熱線を支持する端子の先端部を、下方に位
