    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 有人作業を伴う作業エリアに設置されて、少な
    くともフアンを含む排気ダクトを備えた排気装置
    において、作業エリア内の人体の有無を該人体か
    ら発生する熱放射により検知して、その人体の有
    無に応じてフアンの起動・停止制御を行なう熱線
    形検知器を設けたことを特徴とする排気装置。
