下端に固着した笠木取付板からなる第１の手摺子
と、上記内パイプを嵌入する外パイプと、下端内
部にナツト部を設けたパイプ及びその上端に固着
した手摺取付板からなる第２の手摺子とにより、
笠木の上方に手摺部を取付けた構造であつて、上
記第１の手摺子は、その内パイプを上記笠木に下
方から貫通させその笠木取付板を上記笠木に下方
からネジ止めし上記笠木に取付けてあり、上記外
パイプは、上記内パイプの外側に嵌装してあり、
上記第２の手摺子は、そのパイプを上記笠木の下
方からボルトを上記ナツト部に螺合して上記笠木
に取付ける一方、上記手摺取付板を上記ボルト部
にナツトで固定して上記第１の手摺子に取付けて
あり、上記手摺部は、上記手摺取付板にその下方
からネジ止めして取付けてあることを特徴とする
